I think waterfront gold and isle are marketed to be mid tier condos vs waves and key. There seems to be significantly better finishing and quality fittings in gold and isle.

It is like asking why Lakeshore (Far East project) near Lakeside MRT rental psf is > 3 .... Lakeshore tenants if not mistaken are from NTU ... Isle's potential tenants should be the teaching staff or students from the 4th university or UWC at Tampines. These tenants are ok to pay more for brand new condo, better furnishing, better view, better facilities and class and they tend to stay together in same project. But it is still up to Far East/FCP whether they want to make this project as a showcase in the entire Waterfront Collection as highlighted in the marketing material of Isle. So let's see ...
Cannot compare with Lakeshore because Lakeshore surrounding condos are all like 20 years old. But Waterfront A B C D E F (how many more?) are all relatively new and will TOP very close to one another unleashing major supply. The rental premium shall be negligible.

i can only say at least FEO did compensate the 'later' buyers with marbles unlike tat manhattan
Eventually there will be covered shelter all the way to MRT entrance as there are 2 blocks of HDBs next to the park there and WFW confirms will build shelter. The distance to MRT entrance from side gate should be about 450m. Anyway most family will drive, MRT is a plus.
Piling to be completed by May 2011 for WFI.
Took some pics from HDB block behind WFI at 12th floor, can see a bit of water at Quary Park, on the roof garden of WFI at 16th floor, should be able to see Quary Park clear and nice even with The Waterview coming up.
Those who don't mind west sun, quickly snap up stack 27/28 with partial lake view for 850psf (3br) only. Quantum for high floors about 1 million.

FEO started to advertise on Channel 8, targeting to sell the last two premium towers (~120 units) to rich Chinese
Can someone enlighten me, what's the best waterfront * of all these FCL projects ? As in, having the best water view, and nearest to MRT ? How much does a PH cost in that project ?
Also is the recent bedok site sold anywhere near all these waterfront * ? Any more empty plots ?
Updated Pricelist 1st March 2011.

There are two future DTL3 MRTs, Bedok Town Park MRT near to the new plot won by UOL to build low rise strata housing cum condos. Another one Bedok Reservoir MRT behind Baywater condo.
Out of the 4 projects, Wave, Key, Gold, Isle, Key is nearest to MRT about 100m, Wave is about 200m, Gold about 300m, Isle about 400m (measure from side gate into Bedok Town Park).
Both Gold/Isle has roof garden at 16th floor and due its location in the middle of the lake, should have best panoramic view but they are further from MRT compared to Key/Waves. But some commented the noise from Bedok Reservoir Road especially during peak hours, is a spoiler ...
So far, Isle has the best furnishing (marble flooring, toilet etc) + freebies like fridge, washer, cooker etc.
Price wise, Isle/Gold similar about 9XXpsf. Wave starbuy units pricing is a dream at 650psf (but those lake facing units never give discount even during recession). Key pricing about 8XXpsf, may be able to get subsale unit lower than Isle if market is weak.
Waves is near TOP, perhaps you can get an agent to bring up to visit the lake view units to have a feel.
No more good land plot with good view, the northern shore of Bedok Reservoir is not for residential.
Waterfront Collection master plan:

Are these prices before the 5% cash rebate?
caveats based on option price so b4 the 5% of course. This is very smart discount, it reduces the borrowing, increase the stamp duty, caveats look high enough to keep other developers / old buyers happy. So everybody happy
From Far East WFI page:
Price will increase with effect from 24 Mar 2011
Ride at your own risk !!!
Maybe price up rebate also up ??

Actually do you guys think DTL3 is very useless?Originally Posted by jitkiat
I think it doesn't go anywhere useful and is very useless requiring a lot of MRT changes.
It only interchange at Macpherson to circle line which is super useless and chinatown to north east line. It doesn't even interchange at the two MAIN lines NS and EW line anywhere....
If you take MRT you will know how SUCKS it is trying to board MRT at one of the interchange during rush hour....
I still don't understand how are your going to get to city (orchard road) or city hall/suntec from the bedok reservoir MRT....
den buy waterbank subsale lor...dakota mrt goodie...haha...Originally Posted by wind30

And quote from Wiki:
With the Circle Line extension to Marina Bay, the North-South Line will have 3 interchanges with the Circle Line (Marina Bay, Dhoby Ghaut, Bishan) like the North East Line (HarbourFront, Dhoby Ghaut, Serangoon). Only the East West Line will have 2 interchanges with the Circle Line (Paya Lebar, Buona Vista).
And who wants to go to Orchard during peak hours?? The new down town is going to be Marina Bay !!!
