an agent sms me last week said last friday was soft launch, asked me if i keen to go but i din even reply lol. u mean it was delayed, not launched last weekend?

I'm looking forward to the CAPL urban resort launch. Exciting enough ?

but sales numbers are showing otherwise leh. all the launches last weekend seem so hot. no cm5 becoz parliament dissolved. developers free to launch aggressively in the next 5 weeks. golden window of opportunity. LOL.

Why I sense a distinct drop in interest in this forum? Is this a good sign that market boring? So no cm5 and stable prices?

Price increase will not result in CM5 unless it increases very quickly. 3 months into the last CM and prices are still rising steadily but the volume has certainly dropped so CM5 may not come yet.

friend recently went prop viewing said he is now competing with buyers frm China, Indonesia who made a comeback

stocks how much would you invest your savings into? non-tangible but liquid. a mil$. but in property, a mil$ is ok
financing margin lower but not impacting investors

i tink during recession....many cannot secure loans.....and vy few keep spare bullets to grab free fall durians....during recession, i can only get 60% max loan......after economy recovering....i can get 70% loan easily(instant approval)
