Got this SMS yesterday, any idea where and what is this launch going to be?

Finally confirmed.. looks like it should be the final piece of reservoir view development. Wonder which developer committed to bid at a price of not less than S$191.7 million?

S$191.7 mil is for the How Sun/ bartley site, the reserved list.
Reservior site is under confirmed list of GLS, so dun need a min price to trigger it.
Having said that, garment still can scrap the tender it developer's bid is too low...

Nothing is blocking this condo and the reservoir, and the reservoir is located below the road level. It should offer some good view of the water and trees in the park. The shops & MRT are also nearby. It will be a hotly contested site.

Yes, 5 storeys only, view may be blocked by the trees. However, nearer to MRT and amenities than most current Waterfront collections. It will be built on a very huge plot of land 4.56ha!!

trees over there r quite tall....may hf to catch reservoir view in between the trees...penthse on 5,6 storey maybe got chance

Yes agree, the absence of a road between the plot and reservoir is a major plus point.

Compare this against Waterview (assuming reservoir view units):

Waterview has a better view.

New plot has better public transport accessability and closer to amenities.
