H20 has to suffered a few years of noise due to construction of the 3 development?
Which part of Singapore doesn't have some construction going on ?
Was walking past the Warren a few weeks ago...the residents there seemed unbothered even with the mrt train zipping past their condo.
Some noise and dust during the latter stages of construction not as bad as during the piling stage. Don't think the semi expressway is confirmed yet.

Need some advise here. I'm getting married by May and I need to get a house asap. The longer i wait, the more i need to pay for my rent.
Am considering between Qbay and H2O.
There are pros and cons for these 2 condos.
H2O:
Pros
- TOP in Q2 2015
- Cheaper per sqft
- Reputable developer (CDL)
- Nearby many eateries and amenities
Cons
- Not near to MRT (only LRT)
- Choice units most likely already been taken
Q Bay:
Pros
- Nice design
- Pool view unit still got 1 or 2 left
- Like the Villa idea
- Near future downtown mrt
- Feeder bus service provided for the next 2 years
Cons
- TOP in Q2 2016
- Nearby not much eateries
Can share your thought which 1 you think i should go for.
If you want to move into your own home fast, then choose H2O lor. It is 5 mins walk to upcoming shopping mall with cinema and LRT at doorstep.
For Qbay, the best view I thought is the quarry view? This area will have amenities build up soon hence lots of potential for capital appreciation.
Another more important factor I thought would be parental support if you all plan to have kids eventually....so choose the one nearer to their home.
