these projects that don't move is bad for buyers and investors. How to make money?
Yah, same for rosewood suites. They changed the layout of some of their their 2 bedroom units to become 2 + study. Some of their 3 bedroom units was changed to remove the bath tub and increase space in the master bedroom.Originally Posted by ysyap
Its more like changing the interior design to fit 5 rooms. Don't think the earlier buyers got that upgrade. Not very sure! Maybe they received a notification and have to pay a small premium to enjoy that same upgrade? Not very sure!Originally Posted by linchong84

If no discount then isnt even worth going..
How many more time they gonna have VVIP preview
They are betting on CAPL selling their condo at 1.4kpsf at Bedok central ... but CAPL seems like not in a hurry
Ride at your own risk !!!
1.4 might be stretching it a bit... unless build MM and sell...Originally Posted by phantom_opera
But bedok is much better than Simei.. bigger malls and closer to city..
If mrt is not underground then buying near mrt has issues with noise
my manhattan waterfall..hehe..like it can stop the noise..
lets see what unique idea capita comes up with..
Anybody went to see their relaunch? Got starbuys?
No i have not.not sure of the rest thoughOriginally Posted by azeoprop

Went there yesterday, price psf is bat the same depends on choice units. New marketing agents HSR, giving something like 5k voucher. Quite interesting dual units launched, one side studio n the other a 2 bedr...
So more like gimmicks than real starbuys...
how's the response so far for this?... any new updates past one week?
Around S$1100 psf.
Mostly north south facing with multi story carpark to mitigate track noise similar to 8courtyards.
Next to a school, mrt station and mall.
Last week went there and HSR newly appointed.
Find it expensive though.
If I am upgrader, I will buy nearby about to TOP projects.
I think the sheer number of projects in east is pulling down demand even though it's near MRT.
Went to have a look just now. Still ultra expensive.
1 bedroom #05-22 and #05-23 560sqft cost 743k
2 bedroom 861sqft #02-13 face wall cost 954k.
You are not afraid agents know who you are. Salute!Originally Posted by azeoprop
I seriously think this condo should be redesigned and repriced.
It's more expensive than those in district near city and still new... ah I shall not say which projects otherwise they will be sold and Minister Khaw will think the measures are not working.
Come on people, you got to move around and search for gems.
If you love to renovate, then look for older condos in good location. Their prices have not appreciated that much and much cheaper and probably better district than My Manhattan.

Yee ha! Did I tickle your funny bone?
CEL paid stupid pricing for this location.. so even they are struck.. cannot sell less then 1000psf if wanna make good profit..Originally Posted by ecimbew

..think they are waiting for some bad news so can lower the prices without getting stares from earlier buyers...
Actually they could have done more to make the showflat more impressive to sell at such prices. Homogeneous tiles, laminated flooring and very typical layout just can't convince many buyers to pay 1150-1300psf for this place.
URA stated that they launched only half of the units so far.. Sold 2/3 at the end of Jun.. Alright ma..
Or have they actually released all units for sales?
8 units sold in jul at 1208psf median.
3 units sold in aug at 1208psf median.
it's amazing what ppl will pay for an mrt station at their doorstep....Originally Posted by bargain hunter
The appointed (or reappointed) marketing agent HSR doesn't seems to be doing a good job... sales low and slow. Is this project still worthwhile investment given the current market sentiment?
r u kidding? jus nid to ask meh????Originally Posted by latour
