300+ sq ft projects are NOT proven in Singapore's market. Agents will tell you $3000 a month. Ya, where? Show me the numbers. These 300 sq ft are fetching rental around 2k only in some projects. Many resort to short term rental and it is illegal if you rent month by month. And those buyers bought like 300k or 400k. When you buy at 800k (still foolishly hoping for 3k a month), how to breakeven? No MRT is another issue for tenant or owners. Don't tell me outram is near

Studio 388 sq ft. Rented out on average 2.3k. Average price is 810k with quite a number of units sold > 900k.
Enough to pay bank? I think some buyers are repenting now.
