Looking at in the plot of land bidding price of $282 is lower that Casa Merah which is $318. Given current economy and lower construction cost, let's hope that they will price it at much lower price than Casa merah

call agents, there are quite alot marketing for Casa Merah. i still get calls from there. they could be some 600k below but facing the empty plot of land. so be prepared for lots of noises when new development construct.
