VP has very chance of EB. Owners are motivated to EB the place and I think they have start the process again. They almost sold it in 2007 but was a little too late.
Issue is that its 99lh - which means if it does not go, you will be stuck with an old, aging and depreciating asset - at the 'high' of the market.
And that can be scary if/when the market heads down.
For 99yr LH if enbloc, how to calculate lease top up charges? And who pays for the lease top up, sellers or buyers?
