    A queen/king sized bed is not suitable in the master room for the 2 bedders while the 3 bedders are not fit to have a queen/king sized bed in bedrooms 1 and 2. Just too small. One who is used to bigger rooms will regret it!

    The rooms pretty decent for 3bdr....its the living rm tat is miserable....

    Good for rental. Do not need large living room and kitchen. Just need more room, ie. more rental income.

    Developer collects money and reinvest in other projects. Different from large developers.

    Drove past 1 week ago, saw "open house" banner, seem like still have some units lefts.

    As of URA end aug2011 figures, 71 out of 74 Units sold, have 3 units left...

    But really Frangrance Properties really "chop chop", "short time", superb flip by developer...

    Yes i spoke to the developer rep before... it appears that the big boss wants it even faster... guess the target of 1yr completion from start of sales is really achieved in this project.
