    For this development, its small is affordable!!! Some other projects at lower psf but much bigger size also not doing so well... At no man's land and 99LH, the developers must be very grateful that its 95% sold. So is it 100% already?

    Seems quite ok from the outside. But can really see that the living room width is very narrow. I guess the 2 bedder 570sqft good for young family without children or with a baby.

    Good observation.. the sitting room or even the bedrooms are miserable! Even with a baby, the child will grow up in now time so does it mean have to move again after say 4 years when the child is old enough and the 2nd child has arrived and more importantly the 4yr SSD is over?

    The smallest unit ironically r making money....
    400k..now worth 520k....lol....30%gain in 7mths...haha

    So u cannot complain mm poor cap gain....u nid to noe wat to buy n wat not to buy

    Construction progress is quite fast..., look like can TOP by end of the year..., din like this project but think almost sold out (ura june figures 70 out of 74 units sold) those facing HDB facing unit " jialat", looked quite cramped, have penthouse facing HDB some more...; HDB dwellers can say their units have "condo view" when they advertise their flats for sale....

    Just surprised to note that ground floor units have super high ceiling - at a glance it appears at least 4m... can build mezzanine...

    Few points to note:
    1. Guard house is nice, has aircon also, plus nice 118 on top
    2. Main gate is new design
    3. Back gate available
    4. There are still developer units, can view daily 10-8pm
    5. Ground floor units PES have iron gate that can be opened
    6. TOP real soon!!!!!

    Which are the units left? Wonder how does that 743sqft 3 bedder look like from the inside?
