Seems quite ok from the outside. But can really see that the living room width is very narrow. I guess the 2 bedder 570sqft good for young family without children or with a baby.

Good observation.. the sitting room or even the bedrooms are miserable! Even with a baby, the child will grow up in now time so does it mean have to move again after say 4 years when the child is old enough and the 2nd child has arrived and more importantly the 4yr SSD is over?Seems quite ok from the outside. Construction progress is quite fast..., look like can TOP by end of the year..., din like this project but think almost sold out (ura june figures 70 out of 74 units sold) those facing HDB facing unit " jialat", looked quite cramped, have penthouse facing HDB some more...; HDB dwellers can say their units have "condo view" when they advertise their flats for sale....

Few points to note:
1. Guard house is nice, has aircon also, plus nice 118 on top
2. Main gate is new design
3. Back gate available
4. There are still developer units, can view daily 10-8pm
5. Ground floor units PES have iron gate that can be opened
6. TOP real soon!!!!!
