    i remember dunarn suites MM also going for 2k psf and that is a cvock location. Stevens Rd is so much more atas as mcm rightly pointed. Can literally take a nice stroll to far east, orchard or raffles town club. no hdb flats around unlike loft@ holland

    The price during launch for that 1 bedder highest floor is around 420k++ only. Now already shoot up to 600k? WOW

    progressing damn fast....launched in i tink last yr Oct (but oredi started digging the basement when it was launched)

    parc imperial took about 1yr to complete(any1 knows the exact number of mths?).....can this one beat the record?

    I suppose the layout is still squarish, no bay windows. So may be better than those MMs launched later than KG. MM with bay windows is

    If I buy a MM direct from developer at this time, it will set me back by 500K plus even in a lousy location. this is scary

    I wonder if there are any MMs in other areas going for under 500k, direct from developer. telok kurau? MMs are getting so expensive.

    Really tight site with mosque so close by. The entry point will be a problem next time as the site is located so close to the traffic junction.
    Not to mention huge congestion every Friday.

    Looking the photos, seems like everyone can look into each others units, included those crossing the overhead bridge.

    i drove past there few times...the traffic over there seems pretty smooth....i tink best facing will b facing the HDBs behind...quiet and not too near to HDB blocks....those pool facing actually vy near to each other ...prolly less den 10m

    Ah i 'tested' the agent on this one but he didnt know and i think nobody did... But from the model photos they clearly have metal swinging gates! Lemme check on recent top projects from them eg. Easywood

    i noe the ground flr got metal cum glass PES....but den tat time i checked....the agt told me the metal grill cannot open....

    mabe best is to call fragrance....hehe

    btw, the side gate at the back (beside the showflat) confirmed? tat time i asked....they say most likely....the agts everything cannot cfm

    The side gate looks like is there - when i last went they were doing up the boundary walls and that part got staircase lead in on to it, a bit like City Regency case the back gate but for the latter it was only a service back gate. Hope this one is for pedestrian use... Then can walk among landed to Kovan mrt and not by the stupid main road...

    ya i mean the side gate at the HDB side (beside the showflat)....this one very useful....if not the whole project goto minus point liao
