tengah EC may still be able to launch by Dec 2022? I think can only safely say "the only new ec launch in H1 2022"? but we do know that tengah EC site was won at > 600psf and construction costs had...

no choice, since I can't qualify for EC, just have to buy Sing Holdings' stock instead to benefit from this launch. hahaha.

the selling price quoted last June for the tengah EC is probably no longer valid. There are now hardly any units left for sale at < 1200psf unless Sing Holdings decides to sell some units at below...

i think they understate to the media. Kwek scared of more cooling measures. let's see how many units were really sold and at what average price when the caveats are out.

almost 70% sold after day 1. 1 and 2 bedders all gone.
