Family was killed, don't anyhow say, please. Your talking may be free, but it may just happen, then you will know. I think, this thread are full of people who have prejudice and bias against the Indian community, or I suspected that these are people who have failed in the ballot to buy this attractive and potential property, or too late to even know about this property launch, as they are ill informed. Sour grapes are very prominent in the voice of some of them.
Only you yourself and your God, if you have any will know you well

CitySquare Residences VS Urban Loft
Its two different development we are talking. Citysquare Residences were previously launched at a lower price with a lower cost. selling price of citysquare is also determined by how motivated the owner is willing to sell. nearer to TOP while owners needs to take up loan, capacity to hold on to the unit, profit made from the sale, etc. Urban Loft on the other hand is a new project priced by developer whom had a very professional team of people who does nothing but only analysis and research before arriving with the right price tag.
Just my two cents worth!
Cheers!
