St. Martin Residence
I'm looking to buy a unit in the orchard road periphery, and St Martin Residence caught my eye. But after looking around the neighbourhood, it seems that the surrounding buildings are all enbloc'd and so this remaining condo is probably not very desirable as a investment/rental option.
Anybody knows what the surrounding new developments will be? I looked through the D9 archives and didn't see any threads about this area. Maybe I overlooked one.
Thinking to get a 1-2BR unit. Will prob rent out for a year before I move in for personal occupation.
