I was told for resale, they look at how much you purchased the unit and asking price. OMG, this is madness.

how is valuator explaining fluctuations of 2kpsf for ptys like st regis, orchard scotts, the sail etc for a tiny island like singapore? IMO some of these valuators are vested in certain ptys in prime
