Condos at Robin Road

Anyone can recommend an affordable condo at Robin Road ?

The walkup apartments are good buys there, near good schools, large in size, low maintenance cost, near future MRT, en-bloc possible too.

Can't understand why the price psf spread in that area is quite wide for the newer development?

Anyone knows any enbloc for any of the walkup apt coming up in that locale? Which walkup apt could be a good investment...:confused:
