What would you guys advise first time priviate property buyer? I am also interested to know about the payment terms ie 5% booking fee... then followed by 15%.. etc.. etc.. and what are other payments I have to look out for? eg stamp duties?

Find the units very noisy, whether you face the small pasir panjang rd or the westcoast highway. The contractor should have used better sound insulated windows and seals. Asking px of close to 1k psf not worth it imo. Rooms are decent size though.Quote:
