agree. drove by that stretch today... I think still has some unit left.
it very near to East shore, 3min walk:) ...good if u r health not good or on chronic care, like old folks,,, i guess.

The showflat (actual unit) is quite nice. But one thing abt this devt, some units don't really have windows in the living room because of the "Feature Wall". So, your balcony is beside the feature wall and on the other side is your friendly (hopefully) neighbour sipping his kopi.

Surprisingly, there are still 3 & 4 bedder penthouse still available.

Considering it is freehold, do you guys think it is a good deal when it is priced at 1.7 to 1.8million?

It has already TOP.

Can anyone share some insights why it has not been snapped up already?

I am kinda interested.

Was at Parkway East hospital a few weeks ago and pass by this development, looks good from the outside but have not view. Tot it will be quite unpleasant staying near hospital but I think there is not much ambulance sirens considering the place is not really equip for emergency. Notice there's a few eating joints within walking distance too. :)

Give an agent a call to have a closer look. :)

I went to view again just after TOP, building looked great from outside but once I entered, it was a nightmare. Building poor built, looked like it wasn't safe.

Inside the unit (penthouse), finishing was horrible.. Cracked tiles, unwelded staircase, uneven finishing. Was told developer was suing the contractor... At the time, we were given option to engage own contractor to rectify all problems, whcih will be fully paid by developer. But how to stay in a building where you dont't feel safe at all?

Drove past Envio today, the wife like the outlook of the building.

Might need to arrange to view the unit personally to confirm the defects mentioned.
