Our client, a highly successful and leading Singapore Real Estate company, is looking for the right candidate to be their Property Manager in Bangalore, India because of their expanding business.

Your key responsibilities as Property Manager include leading your teams in ensuring efficient and effective maintenance and management of designated residential developments. You are also tasked to oversee the performance standards, specifications etc. for placing of contracts, checking and analysing tender quotations. Furthermore, you will ensure that contractors comply with costs and quality standards and oversee the operation of the Customer Focus Unit in managing defects of completed residential developments.

To fully excel in this field, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with proven track record in a similar capacity. It is also essential that you have a good knowledge of M&E and building construction. You must also be conversant with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and you should possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Our client prefers candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin.
