The Cairnhill, Cairnhill Plaza, Elizabeth Heights

I know these are all "old" condos. However, until TOP of the one we bought (Sky11), might need to rent something for around a year, needs to be large (2500 SQF +), close to Orchard, and max SGD 7K per month.

These 3 seem to be the only ones that fit, but as mentioned , they are " old" ... anybody living there, or knowing the facilities etc and can give any recommendation / feedback.

I am not in Singapore right now (and not Singaporean), and time is rather pressing.......

Any alternatives you would suggest ?
