Further to the announcement on 18 January 2007, the Board of TEE International Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that pursuant to the option granted by the vendor to the Company, it has been completed on 5 April 2007 for the property located at Lots 4368L and 4098K Mukim 17, 323B Thomson Road, Singapore.
