Just a query, how can we access the historical transacted prices? I know that the URA data is a rolling 12 months info so unless you have compiled since 1999, we can't see the 2006 (pre-frenzy prices).
I know of one website - www.condo.com.sg that used to carry historical data, but since mid 2008, this website has been on maintenance mode..:beats-me-man:
