0957 [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: DBS Vickers ups SC Global Developments' (S72.SG) 12-month target price to S$3.19 from S$1.95, keeps Buy call. Brokerage expects SC Global to benefit from having landbank concentrated in high-end residential segment. Expects "the property market to continue on its upward trend and SC Global's balance sheet has also been strengthened after the placement of new shares." Stock up 2.1% at S$2.44 on modest volume.(JEM)
