Any updates on this project, agents asking for bw 2300-2500 psf in the classifieds.....seems good value

$2500 psf is indeed good value. Especially if Elizabeth Heights en bloc goes thru at $2100 psf ppr or higher, now that en bloc prices have gone up another notch.
