That's a good deal! Dmonddd, are you sure of the unit size? My agent informed me there was one 'fire sale' going for slightly below $800psf.....if i vaguely recall the size but was definitely bigger than 1,421......then again, larger units are lower in $ psf. Will pm you for contact.Quote:

Anyone knows the plot ratio for anchorage? check ura website but did not indicate. did show plot ratio for queens though.
