Woodsville Close residential site launched for tender from S$30m

SINGAPORE : An unidentified developer has committed to bidding at least S$30 million for a residential site at Woodsville Close.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority will launch the site for sale by public tender soon.

The 3,900 square metre site near Potong Pasir MRT Station has a maximum permissible gross floor area of slightly under 11,000 square metres.

No further details are available as to the number of units that can be built on the site.

The tender for the 99-year leasehold parcel will close in mid-July. - CNA /ls
