The official launch for this proj will most likely to be after CNY.
The exact location is at Butterworth Lane.

hi wolley, this one buy for stay not too bad lah...cuz walking dist to paya lebar mrt...future circle line even nearer...maybe 5 mins walk can reach already. But if u looking @ this for investment, then i can only conservatively say appreciation potential is there but will be modest. Unless u really like the area n the close proximity to katong/east coast via haig rd and to cbd, then this proj is worth taking a look.:D
