Which Home Loan is best for me?

Hi, recently bought a landed property(more than 10yrs old). need to find a good home loan package, anyone can recommend me any. loan period: 20yrs loan amount: 600k-650k, does the home loan package offer free lawyer fees or home insurance, sorry both my parent and me are noob in this thus seeking advise, do let me know if you need extra information. thanks

Most home loan packages offer free lawyer fees and free insurance for a year. I advise you go to a mortgage broker for independent advice.

Try DBS 3 yrs fixed rate @ 1.99%pa. Heard OCBC has good offer for SOR (swap offer rate) link package too. I suggest u call the banks for discussion.
