FEO seems to be defying the market sentiment and launching the Adria. But perhaps the right time to move in is when everything is all quiet!

Yes, FEO like to hold price during down market, it is priced very well during normal market. Good rental yield expected at Adria.

1 BR faces CTE, but not too bad for investment ... can consider.
The other nice unit for investment is the so-called 2BR facing the open field.
Prices are quite high though, at abt 1,500-1,600++ ... can call developers for more information. Showflat is at high class area River Valley. They even have cars to fetch us to the actual site for site viewing. Very good service.
I think those facing the field and school would be good but most probably very expensive. How come 1bedroom apartments are always the highest psf and worst facing in most projects....:doh:
