Sino Holdings buying Curzon Lodge for $30m

Sino Holdings has signed an agreement to buy Curzon Lodge at 100 Kampong Java Road, Singapore 228867, a property zoned under District 9, for $30 million.

Out of the 20 units, 18 have signed and 2 have not signed.
