The best time to buy is in 2008 Dec-2009 Mar before the current stock market rally (followed by the property asking price rally)! But stock market now very wobbly, may be will go down the drain (and property asking price will follow). May be can still wait. :cheers1:

But read the Straits Times today on proposed law to tax on capital gains from sale of properties! This is sure a dampener to property prices and will most likely affect property prices! :simmering: As of now, most property stocks already crashed almost 5%!
