Does anyone has comments on Springfield vs D'Manor Cluster House ? My family is sourcing for a cluster house at District 16 to stay and these 2 property seems to fit my budget of around S$1.2 mil.

Does anyone has comments on Springfield vs D'Manor Cluster House ? My family is sourcing for a cluster house at District 16 to stay and these 2 property seems to fit my budget of around S$1.2 mil.
Hv a neighbour just shifted out from Summar Gdn, understood, it is very hot for cluster housing, a lot of staircase, the area per floor is very limited, no toilet at every floor, carpark is counted in as part of built inQuote:

I haven't been to Springfield, but I personally don't like D'manor. The compound is small and it really define what is cluster housing... Everything is clustered together.
If u can, don't waste time on cluster housing. Get a proper landed where u own the land or a condo with full facilities. Don't get wannabe :)
Actually in some cases, you do own more land in cluster housing than equivalent sized landed property. I have ever come across a 4 house cluster development project where 4 units sit on 13000 sq ft of land, so if they go enbloc, each unit actually owns 3500 sq ft of land, not bad considering they are basically terrace houses.Quote:
