I am thinking of buying a unit at the Montage at Lor M for investment.
1. Is this condo convenient in term of access to nearest bus stop, MRT or East Coast beach ?
2. How much is the psf for this property ?
3. How much can a 3+1 penthouse be rented out ?
4. How is the Montage compare with the nearby condo along Lor M or N ?
