Gray is good. It will still look the same after 10 20 or 30 years. The dirt will mix so well with the color one can't tell clean from dirt. :D

Indicative psf shld be abt 16xxpsf range up i suppose given Siglap V already hit 16xx-17xxpsf....i guess it will be another quantum game project....less than 1 mil investment...afterall this is amber rd...not a bad place...if u willing to pay a bit more...can have a look at Aalto @ meyer rd...2kpsf up...:doh:

11 storey high can get seaview? Aalto overprice how to compare? Even Aalto sold out this project is nowhere near the quality and luxury. More ever, why bring Siglap V into the picture? :doh:
