Anybody knows the development name for the nearly completed units opposite ST Patrick's Loft? Can't seem to find any threads on this or the development name at the site.

Assuming it is indeed Tierra Vue, I think it is a blessing in disguise that it is fully sold. The sub-sale prices of TV is now below its launch price.
This can also be confirmed in the Jan 2009 Citibank Group Property Sector report by Wendy and Chun Keong.
