Is Riverplace now worth buying into? i know its 99 years but location wise etc it should hold its value no? i see its now dropped below $1000psf, need help guys ..what do you think?

Just to share do note tis project is D3. The river forms the boundary between D3 and D9. Do factor tis in your consideration.Quote:
