Anyone got any info on the plot of land formerly known as Rose garden?

For example,

1) Who is developer?
2) When they planning to launch a development?

Looks like that is the most promising piece of land parcel in D15 now, with Esta, OA and TSV going at sky high re-sale prices.

imo this location is worse than OA, Esta, SS and SV. it is boxed in on all sides by congested roads and heavy traffic.

knowing FEO's pattern, you can wait long long for them to price this lower than the other 4 projects.

bro, if I were you I would try Meyer Road re-sale condo. Makena price looks good. And there is a small dev at Meyer Place as well as Arthur Rd - try and see can whack the price down lower.
