HDB launches Bi-monthly sale of 4-room, bigger flats

SINGAPORE : Almost 1,300 four-room and bigger flats in the North and West zones were launched on Tuesday under HDB's Bi-monthly sale programme.

This is the first exercise for such flats following the revamp of the Walk-In-Selection system.

The flats are distributed across seven towns like Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang and Yishun.

Interested flat buyers can submit their applications from Tuesday till Monday 16 April 2007.

HDB will conduct a ballot to determine the queue positions.

Applicants will be given a booking appointment and bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis. - CNA/ms
