Heard from my coffee kaki last night there are 2 units put up by bank for sale at 680psf. Anyone can confirm that? Agt please PM me.:cheers6:

680 psf for 99 yr lease ... 10 over yr old ? last time say got link to raffles place via boat ..10 yrs leow no sound no picture ... live there must have car ..

last yr got news of the new stadium ..where tanjong rhu will have a perfect view of the station ...now that project kana shelved ...

lately with the golf course entrance there ...road so narrow ... getting a little more jam now

Agree Bro. I know the place is a bit run down. Rental might be good if can get at this price. Btw I think this place a lot of Indian IT staffs renting it. Not a must to buy, just window shopping. :)
