Gardens @ Bishan Developer?

I did a quick search and couldn't find any info on the developer for Gardens @ Bishan. Apparently it's First Garden Development Pte Ltd but I did a Google search and came up with nothing.

Does anyone know how reputable they are? I'm considering 2 units there so want to make sure the quality is there. Thanks :)

That'll be Guocoland... Finishing not too bad, not top-end definitely, but not shoddy :)
