Wonder if there is any sub sale for this project? I saw a few advertisments on Casa Aereta (an adjacent project) asking 11xx psf. I dont know if you went through.

Any news about La Brisa since launched? Expected TOP? It's been quite a while since launched .. hope it was all sodl out?
La brisa is still the best project among the few launches in recent months considering the land size and layout. Pool side 18m x 10m etc. All other launches with MM has pathetic small pond.

La brisa to me no difference with casa aerata and other lorong 26 and 28 projects....1st MRT not here not there, location near to chicken nest also and too many projects fighting ard that area :ashamed1:

Passed by this development recently. It is located at corner of Lor28 nearer to old airport hawker and Dakota MRT, away from the busy parts of Geylang. Design though not luxurious, looks nice. Is it TOP already? Looking at URA caveat, its around 1280psf, consider reasonably priced for a freehold in city fringe.
From what I see, Lorong 28 road is also wider than Lorong 26.
it looks like with some of hte brothels moved out and new condos springing up...lorong 28/30 looks like a new and modern district...and being near to food centre and dakota mrt (not forgetting the juction of open space and community centre and sap school....this area may really get a changeover....
The apt actually looks quite nice!

How you know that that's a misleading info? Maybe the owner is selling at that price leh? I think the owner bought cheaper than that during the launch, so is not considered as fire sale.
