Is this launched yet or have they not collected enuff cheques. some agents claimed that this will be launched after minton. But nothing really heard after that. This would be good probably for those who missed out on Fontaine Parry.

Ya I think it's the Waterline. The showrm opened quite some time ago already. Can't remember exactly when, but at least several wks.
Anyway, my biggest impression was that their "brochure" was basically a few pieces of A4 stapled together. Lagi slack la, no standard at all, dunno if it's cuz the actual brochure not ready yet or not. At least it's colour printed.
It's also not really near much, yet commanded quite a high psf. Figures are a little hazy though.

yup not near much amenties, only for those who stay around that area and like the surroundings. The en bloc sale of goodrich park behind kovan mrt will be a very good prospective in the future
The units are configured rather strange. I didn't like the way most of them are configured.
