This is message to potential buyers of Regent Grove Condo at Choa Chu Kang North 7
Being a resident of Regent Grove, l notice there has been a rise in bicycle theft Within the condo IS WITHIN THE CONDO and it seems like no action is being taken by the MC to catch the culprits. The standard answer given is they will look through the CCTV to check but so far nothing has been done to improve the situation. l believe nothing was capture by the CCTV.
l even notice that one of the CCTV screen in the club was showing blank for almost one week. When l asked the security guard, he simply told me the location is at the tennis court and the CCTV was stolen!!! Can you believe the condo has such good 'quality' security guard in Regent Grove?
So all potential buyers do take note of these security issues in regent grove and prepare for more unknown security laps if you really want to move it.
