I came up with this (crazy) idea of home swapping.

Home owners who want to sell their current home and buy a replacement home immediately would find it useful.

CondoExchange is where home owners swap their homes without in-between agents! Post details of your lovely home and your ideal target home!

Hehehe.. good idea, but how to swap? Owner from D27 swap with D9? or those who own a 3,000sqft Condo, swap with those 1,000sqft? :D

Idea is to get two willing swappers. With prices being unequal, very hard to swap. Maybe can do a swap and parties can top up the difference in cash, but in reality this idea will not work becoz it will take forever to find two parties liking each other's place.

Yes you are absolutely right, however, a lot depends on what you have to swap. If you're swapping a bungalow for a penthouse, obviously the probability of finding something is drastically reduced. On the contrary if you're swapping a MM unit for another MM unit elsewhere, the chances of finding something is highly likely.

D27 with D9 is definitely possible, maybe D27 2500sf 20 year old swap with D9 377sf TOP soon?
