This metal frame outside the window is for the transparent glass to stick on it from the top floor to level 7 .if you notice showroom model you will know what i mean, is like a fin shape, attach a picture for you to see.:tongue3: :ashamed1: :)

thanks for the update...seems like they are speeding up the revonations of lower levels yet slowly down on the construction of the upper levels....level 22 has been building for past few weeks

Level 22 have finish now building level 23 , they have to do it concurrently so that it will be faster . That why upper level slow down . Any way level 4 level is very fast one . :tongue3:

The acquisition of Hup Cheong Mansions will be financed by internal funds, bank loans or both, said the developer.
The purchase is 'not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings and net tangible assets per share of the Allgreen group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2007', said the company.
Allgreen's net profit for the first three months of this year quadrupled to $49.6 million from $12.1 million a year ago, as revenue soared 161.5 per cent to $181.2 million. In addition to contributions from its Blossoms@Woodleigh and Cairnhill Residences developments, the property group enjoyed higher occupancy and rental rates at its Great World City office and retail units and service apartments.
Higher occupancy and rates at Traders Hotel also boosted its bottom line.
Buoyed by Singapore's residential and commercial property boom, Allgreen shares have more than doubled in value in the past 12 months, rising from around 92 cents in July last year to last week's close of $1.99 a share.

1) Construction for 2bedder have reach level 26
Construction for 1/1+1/2+1/3 bedder have reach level 25-70% completed
2) The window frame at level 6 to 15 - 90 % completed
3) The first coating of the paint for external wall at 2bedder have painted .
4) See some of the window glass have place at the ground of the site .

According to some wisemen fairy tale there is supposedly a so-called Selatar Line run parallel to CTE (or may be under it) and Mar THomas stn is a dream stn with entry/exit at the current place where it cut under the CTE over to whampoa side. :doh:
But now we know there is only a similar THomson line in existence ..
