The shuttle service is 2year is true . now lots of project is near expressway as long is cheap can consider . no choice 8RS already sold 1300+ 99yr . they are 999yr the developer is not hurry to sale and only 147unit . and some more potong pasir is getting higher and higher to 1500+psf .so i think riverbay will easily sold .

Because of some project only 102 units of sharing and last time before purchuse and ask the developer why so exp is bcos of the fund they want to collect more to hit certain value fast within short period for future maintenance and therefore will either reduce or increase depend on the requirment frequency of maintenance needed and response from the owners and committees :cheers1:

The artist impression in the picture totally is different when top in this:D :ashamed1: picture , i dont think all green provide this type of standard . i have ask the pool how big before i bought the unit .so you dont have to worry . just hope it will look good when top for R38

any time you can sell.. is only you need to pay extras to the government for the first 5 years if you sell it.

Keep it for rent. It is a good place to rent out from what I see.
