fixed rate or loans pegged to board rate

with the current situation, would you guys go for fixed rate loans or those pegged to board rate?

seems to me that board rates have been very stable for the past few years.

What is your take?

Expected the unexpected.. Banks with new CEOs need to find new ways to milk the cow.. What's better way to do it in this local mkt ?:D
