thanks dude! paid 4xx under a maybank pb scheme. abt 3000 land area so a little larger than standard clusters - not much profit converted to sgd but better than nothing.

there seems to be a huge singaporean community staying there and commuting to sgp now lol

I was advised it is better to buy KLCC properties coz the yield there is better, but again the downside is that the rental there tends to be short term. Property prices in Malaysia somehow tends to move very little and you hardly get to see properties there moving like in singapore. I shunned Johor for the sheer reason that crime there is still rather rampant. Have you lost hope in Johor pty as well or are you cashing out for better prospects elsewhere?
