Seems like there are now so many mickey mouse units near Somerset MRT station area. Sorts of cheapen the perception of that place. The other day walk along Kiliney Road and found the place like already quite opian, doesn't seem like a place where property prices are hitting $2k psf.

killiney area is nice, but these mm units are getting out of hand

URA website shows 237 units, not sure why suddenly becomes 232 units.

Below was what Espada was supposed to be:

A luxurious, 48 unit exclusive unit of super big 3 and 4 bedrooms.

Now, a 237 unit MM development. The change could not have been more drastic.

If it is still sitting on 38,300 sq ft of land, it will be one congested disaster. Totally agree with Teddy. As though the upcoming developments along Kiliney and St Thomas is not enough to congest the area, a new multi unit MM comes along to cheapen the once prime area.

This is worse than I thought. I love tennis courts in condominiums. However, somehow, it just doesn't gel with MM units. The land area at 38,000 sq ft is already too small for so many units, yet, still put a tennis court there. Given the large number of units, what are the chances of booking the tennis court on a weekend?! what is novelty group thinking?
