Nope. The entire vicinity is very quiet and serene. Totally no noise from main road or expressway.

But it is very "deep" in from the main road. Even if there is an opening towards Eng Neo avenue, what are the amenities? 1.5km from NYPS is useless as there is balotting even within 1km. For RGPS, that is good though.

Walking distance to Serene and Coronation? Well, this is subjective. As to 5 minutes' drive to Orchard, hmmm, it should be at least 15 minutes unless traffic is smooth, like in the middle of the night.

I hope agents can be more realistic and provide "more accurate" information. I have no issues with agents marketing in this site as long as the information is accurate.

Maybe the site-owner can charge the agents for their postings?
